A reversable present for harshy

Version 0.1.2 of Coaster is here. Here is what I have added/fixed in this release:

  • Added Undo/Redo for adding, removing, and renaming.
  • Added the use of icon themes and icon caching.
  • Removed dependency on libgnomeuimm and libgnomecanvasmm.
