My Desktop

I guess I’ll join this one. It’s not too special, and it’s pretty bland, but I like it :).

Hmm, that Tomboy icon is really out of place (for any icon theme). If only they’d use a sane icon like the one that Jakub made a couple of months back…

I got my background from http://www.volvoguy.net/ubu... . I grabbed the centered-beveled-outline.svg and put a horizontal gradient behind it. It’s pretty slick.

So I noticed most ppl’s desktop (as posted on gnomeplanet) don’t contain the window list applet anymore.

How do you switch between applications? I keep mine most of the time fullscreen. Do you always have your hands on the keyboard and use alt-tab?

Do you switch using the mouse in some other way then the window list?

Or do you keep every fullscreen application on their own workspace and use the workspace switcher applet?

Or am I missing something very obvious here? You seem to be one of the few with comments enabled…

    Cheers
