		<description>I think even though it was written for the Hebrew, for those who aren't it helps make it more understandable.  However, I would not suggest the Message for those who are first getting into the Bible.  The NIV or the NASB can be just as well be understood for the most part and the Message used as kind of a guide for the parts that are a little more confusing.  I enjoy the message because it reads more like a book and can be less of a turn off for those who want to read the Bible but can't understand other versions.  But for studying or memorizing I would personally go to a NIV or a NASB for the fact that it is more true to the way it was originally written.</description>
